Payment policy

We offer plans according to the number of users (25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000) and the usage time (monthly or annual). Go to our plans page for more information.

Customers and users accept the terms of payment by accepting the terms of use.

You agree to cancel the payment installments for an entire period, despite having canceled the subscription at any time during the period.

Payments made, including any modality chosen by the customer together with the acceptance of the terms and conditions, will not be refundable under any circumstances, and will be paid in US dollars.

Fixed payment fees are paid in advance before the start of the period.

Recurring fees must be paid fifteen (15) days before the beginning of the month or before the beginning of the period.

Late payments will be subject to one percent (1%) monthly interest (or the maximum allowed by law).

Termination of contract

In case the client does not honor the payment or does not make the payment in time, Teachlr Corporation can deactivate his account immediately without previous notification. Continued non-payment for 15 days after the payment date will result in termination of the contract and immediate deactivation of the Teachlr Organizations platform, the Service and any online course.

This agreement will run from the date the customer has agreed to the agreement. The initial period of the agreement may be monthly or annual, as agreed. Sections 5,7,8,9 continue to apply irrespective of the termination of the contract.

Limitations of Liability and Indemnity

All materials and information that either party provides to the other party shall be deemed to be the content of that party. The Teachlr Organizations platform and service will be the content of Teachlr Corporation. Customer courses will be customer content. Teachlr assumes that the contents provided by the client are its authorship and that it has the rights for its use, sale and distribution. The courses provided by Teachlr Corporation will be owned by Teachlr Corporation.

Teachlr Organizations is just the platform that customers and users use to impart or receive training online. We do not hire or hire instructors nor are we responsible for any interaction between customers and users (administrators, instructors, or students).
